Marketing floor plans
We believe that every floor plan is unique and has a story to tell. We offer to express this through our different drawing styles to uniquely show your floor plans. Prospective buyers and tenants can use a marketing/ real estate floor plan drawing to quickly visualise the available space in a property that is for sale or rent.
Floor plans can be supplied with varying levels of detail to suit your requirements, from black & white to colour plans, furniture, walls, doors, and windows for space planning through to a fully detailed plan with dimensions and materials. Our plans are supplied in dwg, pdf, and can be imported in to most design software programs.
Area floor plans
Area floor plans are a clear and simple way to understand your lettable area, or for additional building information. This is needed in order to determine the exact area of offices, shops, commercial, or industrial spaces. We can efficiently measure and accurately draw the building in accordance with PCA guidelines. An example of of this is The NLA (Net Lettable Area), which is used to gain the sum of the whole building floor lettable area.
Detailed floor plans
A detailed floor plan can be created if you require more in-depth information to be shown, tailored specifically to suit your individual requirements. These plans can include a wide range of elements such as more detailed representation of dimensions, walls, doors, and windows, as well as comprehensive architectural services, building services, and precise material specifications.
