We are a small studio located in south Sydney, comprising of skilled designers and CAD operators who specialise in creating detailed floor plans tailored to your specific requirements. Whether you need real estate marketing floor plans, updates to existing drawings, or precise area plans, we have made it our mission to uphold a professional standard that clearly and accurately represents your building. Our plans are designed to be clean, concise, and easy to understand, ensuring effective communication of your space. Our team will arrive at your home or workplace and bring along their measuring equipment.
A team member will hand sketch everything that is required
We will set forth to measure everything with accuracy
All floor plan measurements are taken and plotted throughout the building. Careful attention is applied to the location of your appliances, fixings, and fittings. Depending on the size and layout, the site visit will take anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours. You do not need to do anything while the premises are being measured but carry on as normal.
Our floor plan service will require access to all rooms within the entire building so that all measurements can be documented correctly
Once complete, we will leave the premises and proceed to precisely draw your new property floor plans
